  • Q. 1. How long does it take to get a response after we send you an inquiry?

    We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry on working days.

    We are a manufacturer with independent development ability, and we also have our own international trade department, and we produce and sell by ourselves.

    We mainly produce hydraulic fittings and hydraulic valves of ISO, DIN and SAE standards.

  • Q. 4. What application areas are your products mainly involved in?

    Our products are widely used in the connection of hydraulic transmission in metallurgical industry, drilling platform equipment manufacturing, construction machinery, wind power generation, petrochemical industry, machine tool manufacturing and other fields.

    Yes, we can do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

    We have 100 CNC lathes and automatic equipment, with a monthly production capacity of 600,000 pieces.

  • Q. 8. How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technicians?

    The company has more than 80 employees, including more than 50 professional technicians and more than 10 engineers.

  • Q. 9. How does your company guarantee product quality?

    First of all, the first piece and process of each process will be inspected accordingly. For the final product, we will inspect it according to the customer's requirements and the company's technical quality management system requirements;
    Then, we have advanced and complete testing equipment in the industry: hardness tester, surface roughness tester, internal and external hole size testing equipment, image measuring instrument, etc. It can ensure to meet customers' all-round testing requirements for material physical and chemical properties, non-destructive testing, high-precision geometric dimension testing, etc.

  • Q. 10. What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. When mass production, we generally pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance according to the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C can also be accepted.

  • Q. 11. How are the goods shipped to the customer?

    Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Ningbo, we are only 35 kilometers away from Ningbo port, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.

  • Q. 12. Where do you mainly export your goods?

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
