The 2J series is a straight JIC hydraulic adapter with a male 74° cone connection and a female 74° seat connection. It is used to join compatible JIC threaded components in hydraulic piping and hose assemblies.
The male end connects with a matching JIC female connection, while the female end connects with a corresponding JIC male 74° cone. The mating 74° sealing surfaces form the connection interface. The female end also allows the mating male fitting to be connected through its threaded swivel connection.
Available models include equal-size connections as well as combinations with different E-end and F-end thread sizes. This range provides flexibility when connecting hydraulic components with different JIC thread specifications.
