2WC 2WD SKA Din Bite Type Tube Fittings

The 2WC, 2WD, and SKA pipe welding fittings are distinguished by their advanced sealing design, ensuring excellent sealing and pressure resistance. Each fitting features a 24° cone interface and an O-ring seal.

This combination creates a double-layer leak-proof barrier, ensuring precise alignment and mechanical stability, while the O-ring provides a flexible, pressure-adaptive seal, effectively preventing fluid loss even with fluctuating system pressures. This design eliminates the need for additional gaskets, simplifying assembly and reducing maintenance risks.

Compliant with global standards DIN 2353 and ISO 8434. International and industry standards EN 10305 are widely used for seamless and welded steel pipes in fluid power systems. This ensures a secure and reliable weld connection and is compatible with common steel pipe materials.

The 2WC, 2WD, and SKA pipe welding fittings have a maximum working pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi). To meet diverse system requirements, these fittings are available in standard pipe diameters compliant with DIN 2353 and cover two connection types: light and heavy.

Light-duty connections (DIN2353): Available in sizes from 06L to 42L, these are ideal for applications where lightweight configuration is prioritized without compromising pressure resistance or sealing performance. Heavy-duty connections (DIN2353): Available in sizes from 06S to 38S, these are designed for heavy-duty operations requiring enhanced structural strength and durability to resist wear, vibration, and extreme operating conditions.
