1. Product Overview
The AC, AD and T type BSP thread tees are fitted with captive seal structure. Designed with male tee configuration and 24° tapered female thread, they support pipe end forming, welded pipe and ferrule connections. Manufactured in compliance with DIN 3861, ISO 8434 and DIN 2353 standards, the fittings are available in light and heavy series as well as reducing tee types. Rated up to 630 bar (9000 PSI), they are dedicated to branch connections for high-pressure fluid systems.

2. Structural & Sealing Features
Equipped with 24° tapered female tee thread, the fitting fits tightly with pipe ends to form leak-proof connections. The tapered thread enhances sealing performance and maintains firm engagement with mating components under fluctuating high pressure.
Three connection methods including pipe end forming, welded pipe and ferrule connection are available to suit different on-site assembly requirements.
3. Size Range & Application Classification
Light series (06L–42L): Complying with DIN 2353 24° tapered light series standards, it features compact and lightweight design to save installation space, ideal for light-duty applications such as automated production lines.
Heavy series (06S–38S): Built to DIN 2353 24° tapered heavy series specifications with superior durability, well suited for heavy-duty working conditions like oil & gas processing and large-scale manufacturing facilities.
Reducing tee option: Reducing tee variants are available to connect pipelines of different diameters, meeting the connection demands of complex fluid systems.
4. Pressure Performance & Operation
With a maximum pressure rating of 630 bar (9000 PSI), the tee fittings deliver outstanding pressure resistance. The robust construction ensures stable performance under extreme loads and harsh operating conditions, guaranteeing reliable operation of the entire fluid system.
