The 6C9-LN / 6D9-LN WSV 90° elbow bulkhead fitting is a high-performance hydraulic connector developed for high-pressure fluid systems. Featuring right-angle bulkhead structure, it adopts metric male thread with integrated 24° cone seal on both ends. Manufactured to DIN 2353 and ISO 8434 standards, it is available in light and heavy series and widely applied to stationary and mobile high-pressure hydraulic equipment.
Both ends are designed with metric male thread and 24° cone seal complying with DIN 2353. The precise cone fit ensures reliable sealing performance against pressure fluctuation and hydraulic shock, preventing fluid leakage and maintaining stable operation of pipelines.
Light series: Suitable for 24° cone light connection tubes from 06L to 42L for general industrial loads.
Heavy series: Compatible with 24° cone heavy connection tubes from 06S to 38S for heavy load conditions.
Two series cover various tube sizes to meet diverse load requirements.
Rated for a maximum working pressure of 630 bar (9000 PSI). It delivers excellent high-pressure resistance and works steadily in harsh environments such as construction machinery, oil & gas facilities and heavy-duty equipment.
Fully compliant with DIN 2353 and ISO 8434 international standards. With globally unified dimensions and specifications, it is directly interchangeable with mainstream hydraulic components and compatible with both domestic and imported hydraulic systems.
