The 1JG Series adapter has a straight body with a JIC male 74° cone connection on the E end and a BSP male O-ring connection on the F end.
At the JIC end, the 74° included cone corresponds to the commonly used JIC 37° flare connection geometry. Sealing takes place at the compatible flare and cone mating surfaces.
At the BSP end, the parallel thread provides the threaded connection, while the specified O-ring forms the seal against the appropriate port sealing surface. The supplied drawing specifically states that the F-end thread is intended for use with an ISO 1179-1 port.
The O-ring designation varies according to the F-end thread size and part number. Refer to the dimension table to identify the specified O-ring and the corresponding A, B, L and S1 dimensions.
