The 2JC / 2JD Series adapters are designed to provide secure connections between JIC 74° cone hydraulic fittings while maintaining excellent sealing performance under pressure. One end features a precision-machined JIC male 74° cone, while the opposite end is equipped with a JIC female swivel nut and matching 74° cone seat, allowing convenient installation and reliable alignment.
The metal-to-metal sealing principle eliminates the need for sealing compounds or bonded washers, providing dependable leak resistance and long-term durability in hydraulic systems. The swivel nut design also makes installation faster by allowing the fitting to rotate independently during assembly.
Manufactured from premium carbon steel or stainless steel, these adapters provide outstanding pressure resistance and mechanical strength. Zinc-plated surface treatment enhances corrosion protection, making them suitable for hydraulic power units, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial automation systems, and fluid transfer applications.
