The 1BT9 inch-thread tapered 90° right-angle fitting is designed to facilitate smooth and efficient switching in high-pressure fluid circuits. A key feature of this fitting is its dual-thread and sealed design, ensuring leak-proof performance and compatibility. One end features an integrated 60° seal and inch BSPP male threads. This combination creates a tight, pressure-resistant interface that remains stable even under system pressure fluctuations, effectively preventing fluid leaks.

The other end features inch-thread tapered BSPT threads. This tapered design, when used with compatible components, creates a secure, self-sealing connection, eliminating the need for additional gaskets in most installations. This simplifies assembly and enhances long-term sealing reliability. The 1BT9 fitting adheres to three strict international standards: ISO 7-1, BS 5200, and ISO 8434-6.

The 1BT9 fitting has a maximum operating pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi).
