The 1BN BSP Male Double Use for 60° Cone Seat or Bonded Seal / NPT Male Hydraulic Adapter is designed to provide a reliable connection between BSP and NPT threaded hydraulic systems. The BSP male end features a dual sealing design, allowing sealing by either a 60° cone seat or a bonded seal, while the NPT male thread provides a tapered connection commonly used in North American hydraulic and industrial applications. This versatile design allows different thread standards to be connected safely while maintaining excellent sealing performance.
Manufactured from premium carbon steel or stainless steel, the 1BN adapter is precision CNC machined to ensure accurate thread dimensions, excellent sealing performance, and outstanding durability. Advanced manufacturing processes combined with strict quality control guarantee reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions. Surface treatments including Cr3 zinc plating and Zn-Ni coating provide superior corrosion resistance, making the fitting suitable for long-term use in harsh industrial environments. Optional ED elastomer soft seal versions are also available to further improve sealing performance under high-pressure and vibration conditions.
Designed for demanding hydraulic applications, the adapter supports working pressures up to 620 bar (9000 PSI), depending on thread size and operating conditions. It is available in a complete range of BSP thread sizes from G1/8" to G2", making it suitable for both standard and heavy-duty hydraulic systems. The adapter is widely used in construction machinery, agricultural equipment, mining machinery, industrial hydraulic systems, hydraulic power units, oil and gas equipment, and other fluid power applications.
