The 1T-SP Series BSPT Male Equal Adapter is designed to connect two BSPT female threaded ports with identical thread sizes in hydraulic and industrial piping systems. Both ends feature precision-machined BSPT male tapered threads that achieve reliable metal-to-metal sealing through thread interference, eliminating the need for additional sealing washers.
Its straight equal adapter configuration provides a simple and efficient solution for extending pipelines or connecting threaded hydraulic components while maintaining stable sealing performance under demanding operating conditions.
Manufactured from premium forged carbon steel, the fitting offers excellent mechanical strength and resistance to high working pressures. Zinc-plated surface treatment enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life in industrial environments. The hexagonal body design allows quick installation and secure tightening using standard wrenches.
Available in thread sizes ranging from 1/16" to 2", the 1T-SP series supports a wide variety of hydraulic and industrial applications. Customized dimensions and specifications are also available to satisfy OEM and special project requirements.
