The 1CG4-OG / 1DG4-OG Series is a precision-machined 45° hydraulic elbow fitting designed with a BSP threaded adjustable stud end and an integrated O-ring sealing system. The adjustable stud design allows the fitting to be accurately positioned during installation, while the O-ring provides reliable soft sealing to minimize leakage under demanding operating conditions.
The 45-degree elbow configuration enables efficient routing of hydraulic pipelines in applications where installation space is limited or directional changes are required. The RN versions incorporate a locknut, allowing the fitting orientation to be adjusted and securely locked after installation.
Manufactured from premium carbon steel or stainless steel, these fittings provide excellent pressure resistance, mechanical strength, and corrosion protection. Zinc-plated surface treatment further enhances durability, making the fittings suitable for hydraulic power units, construction machinery, industrial automation equipment, agricultural machinery, and general fluid transmission systems.
