The 1CFL9 / 1DFL9 Series are precision-engineered 90° hydraulic fittings that combine DIN bite type tube connections with ISO 6162-1 flange interfaces. The elbow configuration allows efficient routing of hydraulic tubing while maintaining reliable sealing performance under high-pressure operating conditions.
The fittings feature a metric male thread with a DIN compression bite type connection on one end and an ISO 6162-1 hydraulic flange on the other. This design provides a secure mechanical connection, excellent sealing performance, and easy installation in hydraulic pipelines.
Manufactured from premium carbon steel or stainless steel, the fittings offer outstanding mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Precision machining ensures accurate dimensions and consistent sealing performance.
The series is available in L Series (Light Duty) and S Series (Heavy Duty) versions to accommodate different pressure requirements. Optional O-rings, nuts, and cutting rings are available to complete the assembly.
