Product Overview
The 1DFS / 1CFL / GFS flange fitting is a high-performance straight-through hydraulic adapter designed for secure connection between metric tube systems and SAE flange interfaces. Engineered for heavy-duty hydraulic applications, it combines a 24° cone female thread on one end with an ISO 6162 SAE flange connection on the other, enabling efficient integration between different hydraulic connection systems.
The threaded end is compatible with formed tube ends, welded tubes, and ferrule connections, while the flange side uses an O-ring face seal together with a split flange clamp to provide secure and leak-free sealing under high operating pressure. This dual-interface design makes the fitting especially suitable for hydraulic circuits requiring reliable sealing, high flow capacity, and easy maintenance.
Manufactured according to DIN 2353, DIN 3861, ISO 8434, SAE J518, and ISO 6162 standards, the fitting ensures global interchangeability and consistent assembly performance in industrial hydraulic systems.
Structural Advantages
Unlike standard threaded hydraulic fittings, flange fittings are designed to handle larger flow volumes and higher mechanical loads. The SAE flange interface distributes clamping force evenly across the sealing surface, reducing localized stress and significantly improving resistance to vibration, pressure pulsation, and hydraulic shock.
