The TT Series Flare Flange Connection is designed for tube-to-tube connection in hydraulic piping systems. Its flange structure provides a robust mechanical connection, while the F37 sealing configuration with an O-ring provides the sealing interface between the connected components.
The series covers a wide range of connection sizes, including 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2" and 3". Different tube outside diameters and wall thicknesses are available for each size, allowing the fitting to be matched to different hydraulic tube configurations.
The machined connection surfaces and defined O-ring sealing positions help ensure proper assembly and consistent sealing when the fitting is installed according to the applicable specifications. The flange-style construction is suitable for hydraulic systems where a secure and serviceable tube connection is required.
