FL-W / FS-W Series SAE Flange Clamp

The FL-W / FS-W Series SAE Flange Clamp is designed for secure installation of SAE hydraulic flange connections, providing strong mechanical support and reliable sealing performance in high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Available in both SAE 3000 PSI and SAE 6000 PSI pressure classes, these flange clamps are manufactured according to SAE flange standards and are suitable for hydraulic piping systems requiring high strength and vibration resistance.

Made from high-quality carbon steel with precision machining, the flange clamps provide excellent durability and stable performance under demanding working conditions. The split clamp design allows easy installation and maintenance while ensuring accurate alignment between hydraulic flange components.

The FL-W series is suitable for SAE Code 61 (3000 PSI) flange systems, while the FS-W series is designed for SAE Code 62 (6000 PSI) high-pressure flange applications.

FL-W Series: SAE 3000 PSI flange clamp
FS-W Series: SAE 6000 PSI flange clamp

The SAE 3000 PSI version is commonly used for medium-pressure hydraulic circuits, while the SAE 6000 PSI version provides enhanced strength for higher-pressure hydraulic applications.
